  Front desk service personnel very accommodating and attentive to providing solutions even to inquiries not directly related to stay, e.g. where in Adelaide to order for a bespoke customised plaque. Stay there for meals and one can skip the ones at more picturesque Windy Points. - The hotel is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Staff were particularly friendly and efficient. Food was innovative, tasty and attractively presented. Excellent live music in foyer. Convenient location - good for shops, museums and walking along the river bank - green surroundings in minutes. Good parking. A highlight of our journey across New Zealand and Australia. Thank you, Sebel.

  We had a great stay, and were even upgraded for the two nights we were there, to the newer side - which had a great balcony right across the road from the bay, nice big room, really pleasant stay. The hotel is a hotspot in town, and the restaurant is very nice, right on the water (as is the hotel). The staff helped us make plans for tours, etc., a... what people say » nd we bothered them quite a bit :) but they were all very friendly! - We were given one of the newly redecorated rooms in the old part of the hotel and it was lovely. A beautiful view from the verandah and all the furnishings fresh and comfortable. With breakfast included we got a really good deal.

  I loved everything about this place, the customer service was above and beyond. I woke up reception at 5 o'clock in the morning. Even though check in, is at 2. It cost me 15 dollars extra. But, I was checking in 9 hours early and woke up someone as well, it was worth it. I can't say enough positives about the customer service, everyone is so nice and helpful - The food at the hotel was excellent and good value for money.

  Love this place! Only hotel I'll stay at in Ceduna....have been there many times over the last 20 years and it has only got better and better! Coming from Perth where everything is so damn expensive,this hotel is also unbeatable value for money after the long drive from W.A..very affordable luxury plus great value food and friendly service to bo... what people say » ot! - Our stay was overnight but was extremely happy with our room.   During our first stay we stayed in an apartment on the 6th floor which was quiet even though it faced the main street and had it had a great layout with all the required amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. My father who had never stayed in an apartment previously was so impressed he insisted we stay here again on our return from visiti... what people say » ng relatives in the Riverland for a few days. - Location in Adelaide, walking distance of Budget rental cars! Very friendly staff especially the Reception staff Creina, Lucy and Taylor. Although in the centre of Adelaide the Hotel was quiet. Would certainly stay there again if we were in Adelaide. We were with another couple who also liked the hotel. Also has Andre's Cucina & Polenta Bar in the building - fantastic!

  We have always stayed here and always have Dinner at Albertos which has one of the highest food standards of a laa carte restaurants in Australia. This is the first time we stayed undergroundin the Summer (44 degrees) and the room was too hot to sleep ( higher than the advertised 23-25 degrees. A top hotel with great staff and very good food. Accommodation comfortable and constant atmosphere underground. Restaurant served very nice meals and good service. Bookings.com had a good deal for us.

  What a great find ...and lovely surprise !! The design and concept of this motel is quite stunning ...color and quality of the materials used ... Rooms were very comfortable very clean ...and the color scheme was carried out throughout linens and bath towels ....the Manager was most helpful and organized for us a visit at one of the opal mines on ... what people say » very short notice and dinner at Tom and Marys the local Greek restaurant ....Great food ! The Manager also prepared the best breakfast the next mornin - This motel was very clean and pleasant-feeling. Andrew, behind the front desk, was very courteous and pleasant to work with. After staying in a few "budget" motels during our drive around Australia, motels that left a lot to desire, this motel stood out as one I actually remember favorably. I would happily stay here again.

New chef was brilliant, large room with comfy bed and a small balcony facing the sea which I did not expect, the staff arranged trips, transport & nothing was too much bother for them, I chose this hotel to relax & chillout & that's exactly what I did here. - The balcony facing the sea, the breakfast, the silence during the ... what people say » night, the big room offering plenty of space to move.   When we first arrived at the hotel/motel we were given a room which needed a little refurbishment. We spent one night there and the staff kindly offered us one of the extremely nice updated rooms as soon as it became vacant. It was bright and very clean as was the restaurant. It is situated opposite the Bay which was beautiful. I would not hesitat... what people say » e to return if ever in the area again. - Excellent staff who were very friendly. Room rate included continental breakfast which made the motel very good value. The restaurant bistro was also very good. Heaps of choices and again value for money. Fresh local seafood. Was very popular with all age groups the night we ate there.
