  Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven. Property has a pool on top level, which we hope to use next visit.......excel... what people say » lent value! - I had a very comfortable suite, plenty of space, big bed with good mattress, fine cotton bedlinen; the bathroom was unusually large with walk-in shower. Real coffee with plunger in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Very helpful staff showed me the quick way to Central so I didn't have to cope with the hills from the city centre.

  I like the fact that they put us up in a room with the view of the beach and the room was very clean and organised. The facilities and utensils are well kept and clean. The spa was gorgeous.   Our first im pression was the friendly helpful staff, arriving 9pm late friday night. Very refreshing. Then it was the comfortable spacious room with great views of the city lights. We could leave the car in secure car park and walk to the shops. Ideal. Will definitely be back again .As I have worked in administration in motels in the past year , ... what people say » I am very fussy and know what im after in service . You guys nailed it , Your manager should be proud. - We loved the view from our room and the fact that the 2 bedrooms were completely separate. Excellent room service, location was just perfect, close to shops and transport. Plenty of room in the apt, didn't feel like we were on top of one another. Great having the 2 bathrooms too! Would definitely stay here again.

  Position in town. The steak house food was the best part of our stay. Excellent food. Cleanliness was everywhere. The heater was great as the room was able to be put at a good warm temperature. - Friendly person when I phoned to to confirm a reservation. Clean good size room.   The apartment was fantastic, plenty of room. The pool and water slides were a big thoroughly enjoyed by our family and we had a wonderful weekend. - Staff were lovely both at checkin/out and over the phone. Great value for money, great 1 bdrm apartment - large, clean and comfortable.

  This was my second trip to Mantra Crown Towers. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment (3204) with a 2 and 4 year old. Once again a great holiday (5days). Kids loved the facilities. Our room was great and while it would be easy to criticise small items (dvd player didn't work, curtains dirty etc.), they were not material to our comfort or quality of o... what people say » ur stay. Importantly our experience with the staff was fantastic - they were courteous and helpful when needed. Thai restaurant was also great. Well d - The staff were outstanding, so happy and helpful. We lived the 1 bedroom apartment as it was spacious and very comfortable. The Changmai Thai restaurant is amazing and we will come again. Overall an excellent destination and we only live 5 minutes away
