  Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven. Property has a pool on top level, which we hope to use next visit.......excel... what people say » lent value! - I had a very comfortable suite, plenty of space, big bed with good mattress, fine cotton bedlinen; the bathroom was unusually large with walk-in shower. Real coffee with plunger in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Very helpful staff showed me the quick way to Central so I didn't have to cope with the hills from the city centre.

  We love this house! Yes, it is much more like a house than a hotel. There is no reception, the code is provided to open your room, just like returning home. It surprised us when we entered the room. It was a huge room, well decorated, clean as at home, what even makes you don't want to mess it up.   Position in town. The steak house food was the best part of our stay. Excellent food. Cleanliness was everywhere. The heater was great as the room was able to be put at a good warm temperature. - Friendly person when I phoned to to confirm a reservation. Clean good size room.   They were great! We had an unplanned late arrival and I had been unable to call to warn them. When we arrived they were closed and I was terrified that we would have a problem. But they had gone ahead and left our key and booking taped to the window. Amazing! I was so thrilled. Our little cabin was the right amount of space and very well equi... what people say » pped. Made dinner there one night and was impressed with the dishes and cooking tools provided. The bathroom is a bath house, but we were just acros - The location was awesome and with in short walking distance to public transport. The staff were extremely helpful and happy to assist in anyway they could.

  Very welcoming staff, nice facilities including kitchen, laundry, bar, pool.. The family room was very clean and comfortable. Although is a little far from downtown, they offer rides. Free wifi. - The quiz night was fun.. And it was the only day you can see more than 15 peaple in the public area

  The efficiency apartment was spacious and had a interesting design I'll call open concrete modern. There were separate areas for cooking, lounging, dining and sleeping. All the furniture was built in. A short walk thought a park takes you to Four Mile Beach. The Apartments are in a quiet suburban area, a plus for us. The manager, Connie, was ... what people say » cordial and most helpful. - It was clean. There was a spa. It was a 2 second walk from the beach and about a 5 minute drive into town. Free wi-fi was nice as well. The property managers were flexible and accomodating about when we arrived and when we left. A really great experience.
