  Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven. Property has a pool on top level, which we hope to use next visit.......excel... what people say » lent value! - I had a very comfortable suite, plenty of space, big bed with good mattress, fine cotton bedlinen; the bathroom was unusually large with walk-in shower. Real coffee with plunger in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Very helpful staff showed me the quick way to Central so I didn't have to cope with the hills from the city centre.

  We love this house! Yes, it is much more like a house than a hotel. There is no reception, the code is provided to open your room, just like returning home. It surprised us when we entered the room. It was a huge room, well decorated, clean as at home, what even makes you don't want to mess it up.   Position in town. The steak house food was the best part of our stay. Excellent food. Cleanliness was everywhere. The heater was great as the room was able to be put at a good warm temperature. - Friendly person when I phoned to to confirm a reservation. Clean good size room.   They were great! We had an unplanned late arrival and I had been unable to call to warn them. When we arrived they were closed and I was terrified that we would have a problem. But they had gone ahead and left our key and booking taped to the window. Amazing! I was so thrilled. Our little cabin was the right amount of space and very well equi... what people say » pped. Made dinner there one night and was impressed with the dishes and cooking tools provided. The bathroom is a bath house, but we were just acros - The location was awesome and with in short walking distance to public transport. The staff were extremely helpful and happy to assist in anyway they could.

  Best backpackers I've ever stayed in! Staff are outstanding, the place is so clean, beds are good and rooms are decent size, they have a nice balcony area which you can relax or socialise in, good kitchen and they put on free breakfast for you too! Really close to everything, pub downstairs which gives you cheaper drinks if you're a guest (and you... what people say » can't hear any noise either from upstairs if you want to sleep!), main street right outside, beach is a stones throw away, all in such a perfect litt - The manager is very friendly. I booked weeks ahead not realizing i had to check in on good friday. When I arrived at 10pm, the manager still answered the phone and opened the door to let me check in. And he drove me to the airport for free at 7am the next morning!

  Very welcoming staff, nice facilities including kitchen, laundry, bar, pool.. The family room was very clean and comfortable. Although is a little far from downtown, they offer rides. Free wifi. - The quiz night was fun.. And it was the only day you can see more than 15 peaple in the public area
