Vintina is a great place to stay in Darwin. It is close to the CBD and also mindil beach and markets. The room are very clean and modern. The pool and BBQ area are great. I give the staff a 10 out of 10! So friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Vintina to anyone. Very happy with our stay here :) -

We only stayed here for a night returning to Melbourne from Uluru/Yulara.
Booked a family room, room was clean, the place is pretty quiet (good to sleep without noises), the location is right in front of the casino (if you after something in this quiet city).

As a frequent business traveller there were many features I really liked. The size of the room, it's fit out with comfortable bed, chair and table to work on. I liked that there was a balcony and it was quiet. The Airport Tavern is located about 20 m away through a gate and I was impressed with the standard of clientele , food and atmosphere there

This motel is positioned close to the airport and offers a free shuttle (on call). Staff are friendly and helpful, and organised a 4 a.m. wake up call and a 5 a.m. ride to the airport for us.

My husband & I plus our 24 year old daughter stayed at Palms Motel for 2 nights while attending a family wedding in Darwin. We had a family room which was very spacious and very clean. Our stay at Palms motel was very nice. The owners were nice as well as the cleaners. Its a very family friendly motel, with all the facilities u need as well as being good value for money. The kids loved the pool as well. The location is superb, particularly given that I was told not to walk even a block after 6pm on my own. Everything is within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large. They had both a good value restaurant and a separate bar/restaurant. -

Nelson, my host, was incredibly helpful in all ways - printing out airline boarding pass and allowing late check out without charge.
I would recommend this place highly if you are not in need of frilly extras just a clean, friendly place to stay

The Alice Motor Inn is a real gem in the heart of Alice Springs. The motel is run by a family, and both Gee and Carmel are excellent hosts. We immediately felt welcomed and, judging for their attitude to us and what we observed in their interaction with other guests, nothing is too much trouble.
They provide a well-equipped kitchen for the use of guests, as well as a laundry and line for drying clothes. There is a small but pristine pool.
We would highly recommend to anyone who wants a comf

Manager Ray was excellent with his knowledge of the area and advice. We were seven of us and had booked for only two nights but we came back for third night on way back from Ayres Rock. There was nothing better than White Gum Motel ( location, value for money and hospitality).
