We've stayed there a few times - some for work and some personal. We have enjoyed the facilities/wining and dining and always found staff more than helpful. We have spent time in the pool which is welcoming and clean. LOVE the new block and especially the art in the new block. I purchased the "Lasseters Collection" art book. -

It was in a good position and easy to get to places we wanted to see.Our first time to Darwin and we loved it. The only drawback is that the accommodation is too expensive. -
We found the staff very friendly & helpful and the facilities nice and clean. We also found the location very good for eating & viewing attractions around town

Majority of staff were friendly and helpful.
I requested a cot for my 6 month old daughter upon booking the room and it wast forgotten about (most hotels forget this).
Valet parking was excellent and staff were available and helpful when i needed an extra hand to put pram and baby in the car.

We had 2 days in a unit with an excellent view of Stokes Hill wharf, and 1 day in a 'city view' room, which was significantly smaller, but still very acceptable. Only a 10 minute walk to the city centre, but there was a lot of facilities (tourism, eating) nearby. -

Loved teh new part, but next time we want to stay on a ground floor apartment of the new lagoon area. Our Kids really enjoyed it. We would love to stay in one of the studios one day, but believe it would be just too expensive for us, but WOW they looked fantastic -

Facilities were great! Very clean room, spacious, and had a comfy bed.I had a view of the waterfront and wharf area which was beautiful. Great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were also great and I like that the place was surrounded with lots of trees and gardens so that staying there was very relaxing and laid back - very similar to the Darwin vibe. I would recommend this place to other travellers and will definitely come back again. -
