  Excellent location and close proximity to CBD and able to walk to quite a few attractions in Darwin itself. Short trip to Cullen Bay Ferry, Mindl Markets and Darwin Sailing Club to watch sunset which is a must. Very friendly accommodating staff and service of rooms excellent. - Friendly service. Good advice from reception on where to find take away wine on Sunday evening( not easy in Darwin on Sunday evening).

  I likted that the rooms were easy to get to, the food was excellent, the mountains in the morning were cool to look at, I would have loved to enjoy the pool as the view was spectacular. The staff were helpful and friendly. The laundry was great but to accommodate so many visitors another washer and dryer would be helpful. Many thanks. - We only stayed here for a night returning to Melbourne from Uluru/Yulara. Booked a family room, room was clean, the place is pretty quiet (good to sleep without noises), the location is right in front of the casino (if you after something in this quiet city).

  When one takes into consideration this place's location, it's just brilliant. The rooms are simple, clean, comfy, spacious. Great value for money - not to be sneezed at in the NT, where everything seems ridiculously pricey ( for a Brit!). This was a great choice for us. - This place is the most tranquil place I have ever stayed at.   Quiet on a lake, not far from the Lichtfield park Very kind and attentive staff willing to accept us and care for us even while we were very late Roomy place. Nice view on the lake - The beautiful surroundings, the pan fried Barra was yummy, and the exceptional bed to sleep on.
