  The hotel was spotless in an excellent location of Sydney. The area was safe & friendly. The concierge staff & in particular Troy gave invaluable advice on how to get the most out of your trip to Sydney. We have since travelled to a new hotel in Melbourne & really notice the difference in their assistance compared to the Grace Hotel. T... what people say » he hotel had been recommended to us & it surpassed all expectations. - The hotel design is unique, the situation to shops, retaurants, Darling Harbour, OperaHouse,buses, trains etc. is convenient. The bed was fairly firm, certainly better than 99% of other hotels.The concierges were extremely helpful too.When the sign to service the room is placed on the door, one's room is cleaned etc almost immediately! A very pleasant stay!10 Out of 10!

  When we requested a different room, the receptionist handled it in a friendly, efficient manner. Very impressed in general with the staff. Although young, they displayed confidence and a thorough knowledge of their roles. Spa options were very good. - Rooms were clean and comfortable, location was great and spa and pool area were great!

We will be back. - We liked every aspect of the resort, steam room cave with spas, waterslide in a beautiful clear tropical looking pool. We also liked our room being close to the pool side and gym. Our room had a great spa, the room was roomy and comfy. Will be bringing the kids next visit as it is very family friendly, games rooms, inside pool and spa. Cant wait to come back.

Big plus to to gentlemen whom checked us in very rare to find good, friendly helpful service. Will defenitely book with you again and will recommend to family and friends

The room was ver spacious which was great when it is raining and you have kids. There are deer which were just a lovely touch for the kids. There is a heated pool and spa which were very well kept.   The room was very comfortable, well appointed and the beds were just right for a good nights sleep. The staff were excellent in assisting our needs and providing very friendly service. The restaurant did a happy hour between 5 and 6 and the meal afterwards was excellent and everyone enjoyed what they had. The hotel is in a great location, the apartment is spacious and has everything you might need, it is not super luxurious but is perfect for a city trip. When we got back, the room was quiet and comfortable and I had a great sleep in. All in all it was a great little unit, felt like - The reception staff were marvellous, and extremely helpful. My visit to Syd was to attend hospital appointments and it was a great relief to me each day to know when treatments ended I was going back to my lovely comfy room where I could just relax. I will definitely stay there the next time I have to return to Sydney.
