the staff were great especially Emma at reception. the spa was amazing, very serene and relaxing and my massage was bliss. location is great, a street away from shops and cafes. loved the torch flames throughout the resort. Excellent stay. Very clean and spacious apartment. Would stay again.

The hotel was in a lovely quiet location.Loved the pool. Very pleasant ,great location very helpful staff. Pool area was good. Breakfast. Pool. Pool, spa bath. all was great. sometimes the hot water would not be as hot as i'd like. My friend is a smoker & felt having to leave the room when there was an outside balcony which most hotels let the smokers use was a bit inconveinient.People who were smoking made quite a bit of noise out in the garage below us. There was no visible signage for the hotel.We drove up & down for a while till we saw numbers before we figured out where it might be.I was on my way to ask when I realised I had arrived at reception. Very poor pillows we both ended up with stiff necks in the mornings. The view from room was onto other rooms. Not great. Spa closed early. No staff on reception. Bed was not comfy. rear pool needs some TLC edge tiles around the pool and fountains into the pool not working.
