We loved Anne who works at the resort. She clearly has been in the area and business for a long time and goes out of her way to ensure that her knowledge of the best tours to go on and places to eat are put to good use! We came late and had no trouble getting in and when we said we were leaving in the afternoon Anne organised great transfers and was so accommodating with a late check in. Super friendly and great lady, even waited to wave us off as we left, we couldn't have asked for more.

Anne, the host was, very welcoming and was very very helpful with advice regarding eating, shopping, tours etc plus explaining all the things available at the Freestyle Resort. The room had everything we wanted to make our stay comfortable. It was only a block away from CBD which meant it was quiet and also there was a short forced exercise/walk every time we wanted to go somewhere which was good.In summary! A good all rounder. Anne was great / gave good advice re whats happening, what were good excursions, the beach is 4 blocks walk and a lovely little coffee shop have breakfast at / 4 miles of sandy beach / the town was lovely, close enough to walk / or busses came right to the door. Location is very convenient : close to the beach, the stores and the restaurants & bars. Ann is lovely, very friendly and helpfull (she arranges meetings with local tour operators). All is very clean. Accommodation was faultless. Loved how the kids bedroom was upstairs giving me some space. The patio overlooking the pool was great too. Staff assistance with transfers, tours etc. Nicely appointed apartment. Convenience to town centre and marina. Free wifi. Anne was very friendly and helpful. There was absolutely nothing. Not disabled friendly / but then I found all of oz the same way for examp: was at an emergence ward and the didn't have disabled doors! (At a hospital?) No disability door in as much of the country as I saw fr tried to acomodate me and gave me a ground floor that I could easily reach thru the garage. Not possible to plug an iPhone on the stereo. Honestly, i have nothing to add here. A bit far to walk back from supermarket with shopping. Nothing at all.
