  We pretty much got exactly what was advertised. It wasn't much, but it was clean, comfortable and an enjoyable relief to come back to after spending the daytime being a tourist. The bar/cafe/bistro/whatever is 'okay' but with far more exciting places all around you'd be mad not to head outside anyway and I don't think anything needs to change ther... what people say » e. I thoroughly recommend this hotel's cheaper suites to anyone on a budget who still wants to experience Melbourne easily and enjoyably. - Comfortable beds. Hot shower with good pressure. Friendly, helpful staff on reception. I am very impressed by the attitude and immediate response of staff on reception following the disturbance during early hours on Monday 14th November by workmen cleaning a grease trap. I am very grateful for their acknowledgment and appreciation of the inconvenience.

  Very Clean, Great shower, Heater, Comfortable, Staff organised a very inexpensive shuttle bus which was fantastic and relieved alot of pressure - It was a nice cosy room and for the price we paid we can't complain about anything

  We stayed here previously in the original double, that room was, lets say, disappointing. YOU CANT judge this hotel on that room. We stayed in the Millswyn Double Room it was unbelievably fantastic, enjoyed it 10/10! The staff are fantastic, the awesome guy who checked me in, the same for the ladies who checked me out. Thanks Albany! - The staff are friendly and helpful, giving me tips like how to get to airport by starbus which only cost $20/pax, internet is free while Crown Promenade hotel charged $25/day. I like the location, close to tram station and walk distance to Rod Laver Arena.. I love it! they gave me discount when I extended my stay 2 more nights. Highly recommended!

  The place is great. Despite being a small hotel on top of a bar, it's clean, quiet and comfy. Also, they make awesome pizza, the beer is great and hey, it's a room on top of the bar! You don't need to go nowhere! And don't listen people saying that it's noisy. It's not. The neighbourhood is very quiet and the bar closes at 10. I've spent there a w... what people say » eek and it was always quiet and good sleep. And extra bonus is very friendly and easy going staff. Had really good time in there! - The service people were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and supplied all our needs. We had dinner in the Hotel and the food was delicious . I would recommend this hotel to friends and we will stay again next time we need to visit the Eye and Ear Hospital.
