I loved it's location in Park Road next to the restaurants- great for Sunday breakfast.
And it was lovely having a river view from the balcony- very relaxing sitting there with a coffee.
I also liked the interior design- where the front doors overlook the lobby.

On arrival the staff were friendly and helpful and very welcoming.
Carparking was easy - a fee of $35 but we already knew about that so it was not a surprise. Still reasonable for inner city secure parking.
The room itself was just lovely. Clean and new, modern and well decorated, I could find no fault. We had a one bedroom city-view apartment.

Deceiving at first as the door to my room was off one of the carpark
levels (I was only on level 2). But open the door to a wonderful
surprise - a huge long apartment with good bed, full size dining table,
full size fridge, oven, cooktop, smallish lounge area with decent size
tv and a large outdoor patio area with dining set and sliding doors to
block out the nearby traffic.

value I had in whole 3 week trip. Although this isn't in centre
of Brisbane it is ideally located.

I discussed a problem at check-in and although the receptionist could not discuss my problem she relayed it to the duty manager who rang me soon after and offered a solution without hesitation. The staff made our stay amazing, nothing was an issue. Every request was actioned so quickly. Everyone was very friendly and that made such a difference. We will always stay at the Pullmans. Service was just amazing.
