Everything was Excellent. Friendly Warm Greeting by lovely staff. We stayed in room 60 which has a spa. Room is very large, small stove, microwave, Iron, Very comfortable bed. Just brilliant. When we stayed it was very windy and not a bit of rubbish anywhere. Well done especially for a place this size. Salt Water Pool, Gazebo and Bbq are immaculate. Plenty of parking. All staff fantastic including housekeeping who couldn't do enough to help. We only live 30 minutes from here and will make this .

Location was good, close to a couple of nice restaurants and the marina. We had a lovely sunny room in the morning and it was clean and comfy. Easy to book on line. A suggestion to you is to offer guets the choice of having their towels changed daily, or not. We were only their 2 nights and would have been very happy to have kept the original towels. Saving you unnessary cleaning charges and helping the enviroment. Staff most helpful. Apartment clean, our toilet flush broke and a new cystern installed,quick to repair/replace. Towels changed daily. Excellent location for walks to marina and beach. Value for money. Very helpful front desk staff. Location is excellent. Friendly, relaxed environment. Large room even in budget. The Italian restaurant (Santini) recommended by staff. The room was a good size. Everything was very clean. A good shower with great water pressure and plenty of hot water eventhough the hotel was almost full. I would stay here again. Location very good. Disappointed there was no toaster as my wife has food allergys and nothing on the menu was suitable. No basic cutlery offered. Their were only 2 places to put the jug, both of concern. One beside electrical equipment (TV) the other 'balanced' on the bathroom vanity. Nothing. Pool was a touch cold...just kidding, it was all fantastic value for money and we will definitely look to stay again in the future. Unfortunately due to a busy previous day my room wasn't ready on time. The front desk staff were very friendly but nothing could be done. Maybe some extra staff for busy days. I noticed that renovations had taken place and the interior was lovely. It is too bad that the two chairs and little circular table had not been replaced, as they were rusted. It took away from the other lovely features of the room. First room did not meet our expectations (seemed old and could do with spruce up) so we ask for another room which was better. They should have non slip mats in bathroom. We had a spa room and it was high off the ground. When I was getting out I slipped on the towel bath mat and really hurt myself. No cutlery,bowls plates in Budget rooms. There was nothing I did not like. The stairs were a bit of a nuisance when getting luggage to the room. The poor house keeping lady walking in on me in my underwear Sunday morning in room 11 HAHA. But we had a lovely stay, great value for money and will be back again. No facewashers. could do with a bit of revamp to make more modern. New mirror in bathroom as our mirror had stains across it and a bathroom exhaust fan would be great. There was coffee & tea making facilities but no milk when we got to our room so we went on a very long walk at night looking for some :) the spa wasn't pumping like it use too x. We only had time to stay for two nights> Next time it will be a week!. Not enough parking available outside of our room. Tea and coffee supply wasn't always restocked. What we didn"t like was that the restaurant not was working. Loved everything. No fly screen in the bed rooms?. distinct lack of car parking offstreet and close to the room we were in. Could do with carpet replaced in the room we were in and TV is dated, but better means higher cost. an extra blanket would have been nice - semantics really. Not much at all. Need air con in all 3 bedrooms. Downstairs toilet needs repair. That the retaurant they wasn't open but they couldn't do anything it was a gas problem. Kitchenette was limited e.g. no bowls or big spoons. WiFi is not available across the property. Aircon was a little loud but worked fine, you cound tollerate for the price.. none. Parking a bit of a problem No biscuits in kitchenette Phone reception not good. The bin outside our room (room 14) being emptied around 5am waking us up. Facilities becoming old (air conditioner very noisy and old.). All good. Maybe rooms could be updated a bit.
