The location to airport, city access and beyond to the great outdoors was excellent. The newly renovated disable room with adjoining family unit was very clean and comfortable and staff were very helpful, cheery and pleasant. 10min walk to supermarket, chemist, bakery etc., would certainly consider staying again. Good security at night time. Thanks Jason for a great couple of days. We liked the friendliness of the staff and management; It is close to a bus stop; buses ran at regular intervals; for any gripes one only had to ask; we went for a rest and had one; we recommend this place to be given serious conisideration for a relaxing holiday - it would also suit the get out and go set as well.
all reviews » I liked the proximity to the airport, beach - Casuarina Coastal Reserve, Shopping Centre and only 15mins to Darwin City. The apartment was very tidy, and had been recently renovated, including new bedding, and furniture. The laid back feeling, staff were very friendly and helpful and the apartment suited our needs. Very clean and tidy. quiet, clean, & central to our needs, hospital & shopping. Location was all that we needed manager and staff very helpfull. The room had everything you could want. Very clean. Nice. The Wonderful Customer Service In Reception :-). plenty of room. best of all a good size fridge. Good location Good Price Very good staff. position - friendly staff - comfortable. It suited our purposes to a tee, so what's to complain?. None worth mentioning!!!. Unless you asked prior, you would not know that you had to have transport to travel around. There is a bus service right outside but the location is 15 mins drive to the CBD. nothing a great improvement of rooms since last time I stayed their. That we couldnt stay longer. The rooms were a little dated. The code to open the security box was sent after I had left NZ. Would have been better if it had been sent the previous day. I did not feel very safe having to stand in a place I did not know after the taxi had left. Was just lucky some other people arrived ten minutes later. As I did not have a cell phone I was very worried. No wifi. Noise from other apartments carried. Couch was most uncomfortable I have ever experienced. $200 a night too expensive for one person especially as I was there a week. Should have been a weekly rate as I didnt have any cleaning or service. Even had to take my own rubbish out. no microwave in the room. the stairs. Bathroom was awful Everything was shabby Darwin is expensive - food accommodation & petrol. It was expensive for dodgey location. Very old they need to up grade the Bathrooms. The guest laundry was very untidy machines old and dirty. Not worth $200 plus a night. Only stay if other places are booked out. Not recommend. loud neighbours- little privacy. aircon struggled to cool room. Room was way to small with not even a chair. Not good value for money at all. The room was so smelly I was that close to just walking out what a disgusting smelly place to stay never again. run down facilities; dirty; in need of repairs; no hot water.
