  We were pleasantly surprised about how nice it was. We arrived late and were upgraded to a one bedroom suite. It was new and there was plenty of room. The bed was big and comfortable and there was a large shower. Noise from Northborne Ave was minimal ( and this is a huge factor- which anyone who has stayed on Northborne will attest). Having said that, we could have gone acr - I hAve booked and paid for approximately 15 + rooms at ArIa over the last 4 months and still Aria's software on which bookings are made doesn't appear to recognise me as regular. I find this puzzling and can only assume my business is not valuable to Aria. Also Aria's 2 % fee for MasterCard payments is unfair, how else to pay? staff's issuance of a merchant copy for signature prior to providing a tax invoice for checking is very poor.   The service given to us and the comfort whilst staying was fantastic plus the added bonus was the reception held for my sons wedding was excellent for the service, food, and care given to all whom attended. - For $170 it was great value!
