all of the categories were excellent, the staff were exceptional, proactive and offering assistance without being asked; dealt with non-responsive credit card chip politely and quickly; accommodated unusual check in and out times without a hitch. Always feel valued customer here ( and also at the Sheridan St BW where I have also staye. Taxi on some sort of speed dial and response is also brilliant; I noticed this on my last stay also. Location opposite Central SC suits very well, and security .

Thank you for making my stay a pleasant one. We really liked the staff and the room was great hot water was really hot for showers. It was close to every thing in the city centre. Loved the soaps and lotions on tap. Will go back there next time we go to cairns. The staff was friendly and willing to help. The parking is very convenient and the hotel is relatively close to main shopping & dining areas. The room was clean and comfortable with all advertised facilities. The very helpful young lady on the desk.I had arrived a day earlier than my booking and she was most helpful in finding me a suitable room. Wonderfully comfortable bed.I will stay again if/when I am back in Cairns. Close to CBD and within walking distance to restaurants, esplanade, large shopping centre (across the street) and train station. The private balcony was a plus for those afternoon drinks. Location, next to Train Station, walking distance to shops, Esplanade, Casino, Markets etc, helpful friendly staff, lovely apartments and very quiet. Bus stop right outside, perfect stay. The room was very modern and comfortable with an excellent airconditioner. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. I would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone. Apartment new clean and spacious.view overlooked the sea.large shopping centre across the street.short leisurely stroll to esplanade and various restaurants. Booking was easy. Convenient parking and relatively close to main shops & dining precinct. No extra costs. All facilities in room as you would expect. everything about the room and also the staff. They were kind and helpful and rooms were big and spacious and also love the view on the Balcony. it was quiet clean and the staff were friendly and helpful and the cost was reasonable and we would stay with you again Ellen Birrell. The 2BR apartment was well appointed and the manager was very friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a terrific location and was clean and tidy. The apartment had all that was necessary for a relaxing stay. Fantastic location!!! All required shopping and restaurants/bars all located within a close walking distance. Staff was fantastic friendley and very willing to help. Room was clean and comfey and location was the best. The girl at the reception was very helpful and did her job excellently. There wasn't anything to dislike But one suggestion would be to advertise all the things they have for you. Like beach towels are available for the pool so you may not bother to take them in your luggage. However, the Internet connection (the promised free Wi-Fi) was incredibly slow; in fact using the Internet was not possible. There was nothing that I didn't like. No laundry facilities in the apartment/complex, but a private Laundromat is located a block away. We had no complaints. Can honestly say nothing. Going between the lift and the room. The air was stifling and needed some form of air-conditioning. Even though it was a short distance, it was horrible. The 2 remotes for the tv and HD box were confusing. Had to chop and change to get some of the live sports then go to the HD remote to watch news and other programmes. One remote/tv covering all channels would be a lot easier. Housekeeping was only available if you stayed for 7+ nights. As we only stayed 5 nights, we had to go refresh towels, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, etc ourselves. price could be a bit lower but thats it. Nothing realy. rooms only serviced once in the week. lifts are very dark inside. Wi-fi toooooo slow. The Hiatus over internet access. Who uses dial-up nowadays?. Nothing. reception closed at 6pm mon to friday & 5pm sat & 3pm sunday. if you went out & left the swipe card in your room you would not get back in . fortunately this did not happen to us but it is something they should be aware of. No towels for the pool and spa. Beds very small,used to king beds. No in house movies and very complicated to change from different channels as you have 3 different remotes to work with. Rooms are good for non-smokers because of penalty rates are to high. $500-$900. Sticky hairdryer. The bed wasn't good. We had to change the side so it would be a bit more comfortable. And we couldn't use the internet 'cause it was too slow.
