  I was pleasantly surprised by this place.It was very comfortable, friendly and clean. The room actually looked better than in the pictures, that is very rare. We came with a four months old baby, and we felt very welcome. They provided everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. Also a 7 minute walk into town. - Loved the huge apartment - bed was Sooo comfortable. Bathroom was big enough with lovely big shower eith great water pressure . Loads of kitchen utensils .   Rooms are of a good size, clean and tidy.The Motel has a bar-b-q area which was well furnished and useable. Parking freely available as was the use of WiFi. The owner, Graham, was very welcoming and helpful as was his wife. A good place to base yourselves if you want to explore Byron at a not too expensive price. The gardens are beautiful. - I brought my partner here for a weekend away and the greeting on arrival was lovely they even did a special gift with tim tams and wine which was beautiful and thoughtful and we really appriciated it a lot :-) Staff were really helpfull with any questions we had mainly in regard where to get food which was very handy.

  The welcome by receptionist was excellent, telling us not only about the motel but also about Byron Bay. A 2 minute walk to the beach through the back gate of the motel and across sand dunes. A walk of a further 5 mins or so along the beach brings you into Byron Bay. Walk along pleasant road into B.Bay took 10 mins max all on the level,thus an exc... what people say » ellent location. We arrived by Greyhound Coach and it took us no more than 15 minutes to get there on foot. The motel was spotlessly clean both inside - Great service! They were keen to help with anything, provided a continuous supply of toiletries/tea/coffee /hot chocolate and even had umbrellas, towels and games that we could borrow for free. The bed was very comfortable and it was great to have air conditioning and foxtel in the room. The beach is literally a minute away and it's a 2 minute walk from the main street.

  Abby who works there spoilt us. She went above & beyond for us, even picking us up with our luggage from the other side of town before check in & taking us to the shops so we didn't have to walk! It was a lovely place. I wouldn't go there without my partner as its more for couples but it was lovely, comfortable & inviting.   We loved the hight of the ceilings. The balconies, the appliances, the furniture, the inside of the cupboards, the comfort of the beds and the air conditioning. The location was perfect. We didn't make it to the pool because of the rain but it looked lovely.   For the rating of the motel it way exceeded expectation. We normally stay 5 star. It was well appointed and very comfy bed( much better than most 5 stars).Everyone was very friendly and helpful.   Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were always greeted when we walked through the door and asked about our day! Peaceful through the night but loads to do during the days and evenings. 30 second walk from the beach so ideal and the free shuttle bus to and from the town centre was great as if it was full for a time slot they always offer... what people say » ed to come straight back for us. Couldn't fault it....also very clean and tidy - The staff were wonderful and so kind,helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. The deluxe spa room was brilliant and had such a special holiday feel to it.The eatery and bar next door had great atmosphere and the beach is only a stones' throw away.We definitely would stay here again!

  Anna was without a doubt the friendliest host we have experienced. She helped us with recommendations, booking activities and was all round friendly and attentive. The room was huge and the bed super comfy. The en suite was also large and very clean. The private balconies and small garden and outdoor pool where perfect for relaxing.   l liked the location- walking distance to everything. the staff were friendly and very helpful. nice atmosphere. nice little pool and spa and a clean bbq for communal use that we took advantage of. - The staff at reception were so friendly and helpful. They knew their guests and were perceptive in knowing my needs. Loved the layout of the suites.

Easily accessible to the beach, bars restaurants and shops. The room was large with a double and single bed and couch. The kitchette was a great addition so if you didn't want to eat out all the time at least you could make basic meals. There is also large balconies on all the rooms which is a great feature.
