We loved the hight of the ceilings. The balconies, the appliances, the furniture, the inside of the cupboards, the comfort of the beds and the air conditioning. The location was perfect. We didn't make it to the pool because of the rain but it looked lovely. The four of us were very impressed and I would love to stay there again. The moment I interacted with the staff it was an absolute pleasure! The main man in office was efficient , well mannered and such a massive help with everything ! Highly recommended.
all reviews » For a last minute booking it was a very pleasant surprise. Close to everything including the beach, great pool area and large rooms. Will definately be staying again. Location is excellent, reception staff are lovely and really friendly. Rooms are modern and comfortable. Second time I have stayed here and hope to visit again soon. Location was good, close to shops and the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen and laundry were well equipped. Apartments were clean and spacious. Location perfect, close to central Byron shops, bars and restaurants and close beach a d lighthouse walk. Free undercover parking. Friendly staff. The staff were excellent and the apartment was extremely clean. Location was great. Near the water but in the center of town. No car needed at all. We got upgraded for no extra charge. The location was brilliant. The apartment was modern and very nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. If you don't want noise from the downstairs bar, make sure that you book a room not overlooking the pool. Pool is not heated so was very cold even in the middle of the day. Our apartment was a little dark but I'm literally struggling to find anything else. Everything was good. The itchens could be a little better equipped for the self catering apartments. Bit too "concretey" for me. A shame our two courtyards didn't have any greenery between them :-(. After hours service wasn't very helpful/clear. (Had left key in the apartment and they were trying to explain the procedure to open the safe and it was very time consuming). They then called and called my phone all night trying to get the key number, which I didn't have as I went back out. Price a little high. We stayed in the studio so did not have any views. We know to select 1 bdrm next time. Room needed a couch to relax on,read paper and watch TV rather than having to sit on the bed. Restaurant down stills extremely noisy but all ok. No sun. bad design. Our room was very basic with no balcony. Noisy garbage trucks. no cleaning service unless a 5 day booking (this was not stated) terrible pillows not enough toiletries given service policy. Not a lot. ICY COLD SWIMMING POOL only saw 1 person try to have swim every one agreed it needs to be heated, picture on internet shows pool in BLUE not BLACK We had side rooms, very noisy , with buses and also road sweeper at 4.30 in the morning !! 4 bedroom apartment and only 2 chairs to sit on balcony ??. Should have booked a larger room but otherwise all good.... You need down time when in Byron so a little more space is important. My mistake. There was no view from our room. For the price a daily towell change would be nice. One small piece of soap for 2 nights for two people is an insult. Staff did not care we were kept up half the night by noisy patrons. Didnt care that the milk in our fridge was off. Made no apology or explanation as to those issues. Between the hours of 1am and 5am people were extremely noisy and kept us awake. The complex has no security and its just open slather with no onsite management after 10pm. Overpriced and an absolute rip off. Will never stay here again.
