Good bed and very comfy pillows, clean bed linen, clean floors, GREAT towels, good shower (hot water came through quickly), tiles that were not cracked anywhere, adequate room, good TV reception, adequate tea and coffee making facilities, toaster. -

Location handy to town. Good facilities.safe. staff couldn't get a hold of us prior to check in so left room unlocked with key in all ready for us. When I rang locked out not realising main office was at another location they got is in and were very helpful. Kitchen utensils and plates etc we stocked bbq was a great addition! -

John, the guy on reception was brilliant. He was so welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for him. He could not have been better and it was a pleasure to meet him. The room was spotlessly clean although a little dated. -

During the resent floods in Bundaberg we stayed at the motel because we had no boat left. The welcome we received was wonderful. During our stay the power went out and food was limited but they allowed us to continue staying and the even fed us. They even had a generator and allowed us to charge phones and computers. I can not recommend the Rivers

The food was excellent and our room was spacious with a view of the river. Bundaberg is very different and would only recommend for a stopover as we did. The people however were very friendly.

Owners were very welcoming. Rooms clean and comfortable. Away from town and traffic noise. Short drive to town or Bargara.
