we liked everyting about the apartment, had a great stay nothing was to much trouble when requested. quite place, value for money will stay again next time we require accomadation. will reccomend to friends and family from nz. Great for our family very modern and clean/new, plenty of room, self catering able to cook meals in the great kitchen, convenient to everything will stay here every time we are in Bundy.
all reviews » Convenient location, quiet, extremely friendly and helpful staff and the apartment was fresh and well equipped with free wifi. Plus it had its own direct access lock-up garage. Fully self-contained with cooking and laundry facilities and comfortable beds. Have stayed there a number of years ago and are still in great condition. Bedrooms were large and layout in general was functional with enough space for a family of five including two teens. Would definitely stay there again. Good clean modern facilities. Easy to find. Very easy checking with lockbox - excellent. Location was great. The unit was very comfortable and tidy. It had everything we needed. Great communication from the staff, unit was well presented and a pleasure to stay in. Everything, place was lovely clean, tidy and perfect for our family holiday!. The unit is perfect and clean, specious , mangment was nice and organized . It fitted in with the number of persons we had. It was clean and tidy. Location, size of apartment. Comfy bed. Closeness to airport and general shopping, clubs etc. Location, unit was clean and adequately set up. conveniant for our particulat needs. quiet. Spacious and easy check in. Quiet. nothing. having to leave. only one small lounge so not enough room for us all to sit together and watch tv needs another lounge or two single chairs to suit families and maybe another tv in the main bedroom so mum and dad don't have to watch cartoons. Very tight getting in and out of the garage with a full size SUV. Shelf for soap etc in shower was broken. Parking not easy. Light in main bedroom did not work. No tv in main bedroom. No hand rail on stairs. The unit should have a railing for walking up and down the stairs. I believe 1 unit does and I will ask for that unit the next time we stay. Nothing. Nothing. N/A. Wifi dodgy, dirty hand marks on doors. Nothing. Kitchen supplies very limited - no bowls to make a salad,etc, no containers to put left-overs in, no SHARP knives. The Queen bed in the main bedroom is broken - one side has a very noticeable lean to it which caused my husband alot of backpain. nothing. No bedside lamps in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. No dishcloth so difficult to leave kitchen clean. Access into single garage very tight. Asked for 2 single beds in second bed room, there was a double bed instead. Place was not very clean had to Had buy cleaning products to clean glass table before we could eat. Sticky finger marks on top and under. Glass panel on stair well covered in small finger prints. Walls very dirty as well as the air conditioners were thick with dust. The internet Wifi didn't work which was annoying as I chose the apartment because of this inclusion- I need internet daily for work. Our TV was not fully functional and that was also annoying. Very noisy. The main road noise was very loud even in the bedroom with the windows shut. To make it worse (and this is not a permanent problem) there were roadworks somewhere in the opposite direction and machinery went all night as well. The worst was the obviously very cheap mattresses on the beds. Very, very hard. Worst nights sleep I've had in a long time. Replace the mattresses and it is well worth staying. No bedside tables or lights in second bedroom. Only seating for two in lounge. No handrails on stairs, uncomfy pillows. Traffic noise as apartments are in close proximity to main road. Noise from other occupants disturbing at times. No fans, difficulty getting car in and out of garage. Very little room to manoeuvre. Limited seating in lounge area. Only enough for 2 people. even though the bedrooms were double, each had only one spare pillow, and the room with 2 beds only had one spare blanket. not enough casual seating in living room and only one upstairs toilet between 6 people. (busy during the night). Needs a little tlc. Furniture is sparse and cheap quality and could use a coat of paint. - only one bathroom - no breakfast close by - I'd choose the Villa over these apartments next time. Not much parking and manual garage door. Cleanliness??? There was none....Dirty hand-marks all up the walls,,,dust all over everything and spiders in the kitchen.
