  The staff were outstanding. They were very friendly, helpful, and greeted us as we arrived and left. They were completely bi-lingual (English/Spanish). Buenos Aires is a gem with so many interesting places to visit and kind, helpful people - Staff at the hotel were very helpful, friendly, respectful and very pleasant. They made you feel like that's the place you need to be when in Buenos Aires. Kudos to them. Mangemenet should be very appreciative of the effort they put in and put out.

  Location was my favorite. Nicholas, the doorman, was especially friendly but the whole reception area was outstanding. Breakfast was good and staff was wonderful. - Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
