The staff were outstanding. They were very friendly, helpful, and greeted us as we arrived and left. They were completely bi-lingual (English/Spanish). The room was clean and neat every time we returned from exploring the city. The location is central so that we caught the subway a block away and in expensively rode it to many destinations in the city. Buenos Aires is a gem with so many interesting places to visit and kind, helpful people.
