  The staff at the front desk were exceptionally helpful in every way. Each time we had a problem they were very prompt to help us sort it out.   The staff were outstanding. They were very friendly, helpful, and greeted us as we arrived and left. They were completely bi-lingual (English/Spanish). The room was clean and neat every time we returned from exploring the city. Buenos Aires is a gem with so many interesting places to visit and kind, helpful people - Staff at the hotel were very helpful, friendly, respectful and very pleasant. They made you feel like that's the place you need to be when in Buenos Aires. Kudos to them. Mangemenet should be very appreciative of the effort they put in and put out.

Our only criticism is that this large hotel has only one computer for guests' internet services. - The hotel staff were very helpful. The breakfast was great.
