  Loved the friendliness of the staff; that almost everyone spoke English, Sebastian and Adrian were terriffic at the concierge desk/function. The breakfast ( brunches) were very good. Our one evening meal there was fantastic--- if beyond our normal means--- we travel on "stand- by" so that's why we could afford to indulge ourselves at your hotel. I... what people say » t was great that we could just lounge in the garden after we had checked out before we had to leave for airport. - The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. After one night I asked to be moved to a quieter room as I am a very light sleeper and the noise from the road was bad. I was moved without any problem. The facilities are excellent and the neighbourhood is safe and interesting to walk around. Lots of restaurants close by and the "hop on hop off" tourist bus passes close by. The concierge arranged for us to see a Tango show which was excellent. Will go back.

  The hotel surprised me in a positive way. One day before our arrival, I received an email from the staff asking what time we would arrive and placing himself at the disposal. We arrived late at night but the front desk was very attentive. The rooms are enormous and decorated with elegance.
