Loved the friendliness of the staff; that almost everyone spoke English, Sebastian and Adrian were terriffic at the concierge desk/function. The breakfast ( brunches) were very good. Our one evening meal there was fantastic--- if beyond our normal means--- we travel on "stand- by" so that's why we could afford to indulge ourselves at your hotel. It was great that we could just lounge in the garden after we had checked out before we had to leave for airport.
all reviews » The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. After one night I asked to be moved to a quieter room as I am a very light sleeper and the noise from the road was bad. I was moved without any problem. The facilities are excellent and the neighbourhood is safe and interesting to walk around. Lots of restaurants close by and the "hop on hop off" tourist bus passes close by. The concierge arranged for us to see a Tango show which was excellent. Will go back. All the staff was very friendly, kind and helpful! I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It is near the porto madero, a good place for running but also full of good restaurants. Breakfast really good, kind staff. Clean rooms, swimming pool on the top with panoramic view!. Excellent option to eat there (white bar and red restaurant). The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant 'RED' was excellent. We only stayed one night and it was ideal for that. I enjoy the room and the breakfast. Also , the Puerto Madero area is very modern and clean , and also we liked to much to visit the Reserva Ecologica , very near the Hotel. The hotel is wonderfull. Our second room - overlooking the courtyard - was much quieter!. - There was an event in the city for the weekend, so rates were doubled.... If I had to pick something I didn't like, I would probably say it was the fact that I got a duplicate charge in my credit card (though it seems to be directly from the hotel and not from letsbookhotel.com). I guess we now have to raise the claim to the bank to get it removed / reimbursed and that will be it!. Internet connection is to be paid, and not per room, but per apparatus, I.E. if you want to use internet via the laptop as well as iphone, you pay twice and for your partner also to be paid seperate. word and excel printing dates from 2005 and is not compatible with more recent versions. Everything was perfect. Internet was paid but very unstable and each device was needing a separate one. For a business hotel that's just not good enough. No English language TV news channel. No free wi-fi Internet access in room. Breakfast facilities often over loaded. - 100 us$ extra for late check out at 6 P.M. while room cleaned the day before only at 5 P.M. One of personnel members appeared unhelpful however it was quickly corrected by another one. Staff a bit unfriendly however soon corrected by another receptionist. room was a bit noisy, entrance sound insulation was not so good. Not so clear visibility from the room, you see into neighbouring apartments. No free internet. No Coffee/Tea facilities in the room. For a simple coffee either you have to order room service or go to the restaurant. No dental kit in washroom. Wifi is not free of charge. It is unacceptable that a hotel of this category needs to charge wifi extra. I couldn't stay longer. You have to pay for the wifi. Far from downtown and landmarks. Everything was fine, high level of service. Service and lack of attention to details. slow internet noisy room next to the elevator (103) extremely poor quality of coffee at breakfast and in the meeting. Balcony - no privacy from street below.
