The convenience of the local area, shops, banks and vicinity of being able to go anywhere, taxi, train, bus or walk. Staff were very helpful, friendly and helped with being bilingual. Once we moved to Hotel Suites and Lofts 1 (the loft-one of the twohotels), the staff was very helpful, the hotel very clean and the valuefor money good. Especially the staff needs mentioning here. However,this does not apply to Hollywood Suites and Lofts 2 (the suites-tower)!!!!
