The staff were definitely the best part of the hotel. All of them were extremely friendly and helpful and made my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. My room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was lovely. Someone was at reception 24 hours a day and could see anyone who came in, which helped me feel safe. Breakfast was good, and the food at the restaurant was delicious, if a little expensive.

Thank you BA Sohotel. this hotel is in a very good location for palermo soho which is an interesting, up coming and safe area. The rooms were large ,clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent, friendly ( they greeted you on every occasion by name) and were helpful and efficient. Breakfasts were very good. Staff very friendly. Staff bilingual, and helpful. Room very spacious (corner executive suite). Room very clean. Wifi very good. Hotel in safe area, a great side of BA. Shops within walking distance, banks & restaurants close by. Loved staying at this hotel for 2 nights with my husband. We had a very relaxing time. Staff was extremely efficient and spoke English. Great location, great service. As with any urban hotel, noise can be an issue. I always sleep with earplugs so this was not a problem for me, even when they had a jazz band playing in the restaurant below me on Thursday night. It would have been nice to have paper cups to take up coffee to the room, or have small in-room coffee makers. Refrigerator did not work well, luke warm hot tub, some staff did not seem to know the the surrounding areas. The shelves in the room were very dusty, indicating that the room wasn't cleaned to the highest standards. The pool appeared to be very dirty and hot tub was cold, so neither could be used during our stay, which was disappointing. We specifically booked this hotel because of the roof top plunge pool and spa. Nothing to complain about!. Noisy in the morning. nothing to complain. other staff attitudes, surprise 11pm start time for rock band beneath my room, room lighting, missing/locked minibar. No heating, can get cold in the rooms. Had to pay more than expected, booked a room for 2 adults and 3 small kids under 3 - had to pay a surcharge nor previously advised. Location was a bit "in the middle" between the centre of Soho and Plaza Italia. Breakfast is in principle good, but it seems to take ages to restock finished items, both foods and E.G. forks happen ed multiple times during our stay. Waiters do not seem very proactive. la ubicacion no es la mejor. A lamp that didn't work and another lamp that needed "tightening up". wifi is super slow. Terrible indeed. Value for money is probably about equal to other 4 star hotels in Buenos Aires, but still very expensive compared to other options. If you're in Buenos Aires for any length of time, definitely look into apartment rentals. Very nice places are available for 1/2 to 1/4 the price of a hotel. Another nagging issue, is the mini bar fridges don't function properly. If you want to keep anything cold you're out of luck. If you do want a drink from the hotel they'll deliver it to your room.
