Our room, number 5, was very confortable and spacious. Large closet.
The staff is helpful and efficient. A relative came to visit, we stayed
in the sofa in the groud floor for a couple of hours and they offered
us some coffee (free!). The neighbourhood is great, and the street is
not noisy. -

Without question....the staff is unbeatable! The owner and son are on premise for most of each day. They have a great team of people. Most all spoke English fluently. We got a very good deal on letsbookhotel.com for a good size twin room. Indeed, as others wrote in here, the noise from the street can be a bit disturbing specially on your first night but you get used to it. Location in Palermo is quite good (a wide choice of restaurants, cafés and shops in the area) and the metro station is just two blocks away.

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room. Nice sitting area on roof (where we read), small pool and exercise room - all good. Good breakfast. Hot water pot in room. Computers for guests connected to printer. Small "supermarkets" and restaurants in the area. Can walk to the park or metro (which we didn't use). Close to domestic airport which was good for us. We would stay here again if going through Buenos Aires.

We loved this hotel!! Highlights for us were the valuable local knowledge the staff provided (especially Victoria), the bed and size of the room, the rooftop pool (this seems to be a rare treat at BA hotels), and lastly the best meal we had the entire trip was at the HG restaurant underneath the hotel. We only have great things to say of this hotel and would definitely return if we are ever again in BA. We also found the fierro blog Insidebuenosaires.com full of the best advise for things to do
