It was value for money in all means.The Hotel management have done a great job by keeping staffs who treats customers with good manners. The best thing is they won't charge your credit card in name of pre-authorization. In total I will give a 10 out of 10 to this Hotel without any doubt. -

The room was very clean (I had sea view room), just as I asked. The resort was really good. The sand of the beach was excellent - smooth, without rocks as I was used to before in UAE. The kids pool was great for children (sliding tubes - small and bigger ones). My son adored it. The food was very good quality and not expensive at all! - Room, Resta

Not to see from beach the cranes and drilling machines of the port. Can you remove? This is contamination. - It was good beaches ,and so cole facilities out there.whatis more, it isclose to dubai and a jman .

All the staff I met were professional, polite, and friendly. They made my stay very enjoyable. The location was very close to where I needed to be for business. the staff were all very friendly especially the bell boy, i think his name is mohammed and the indian man that brings others for housekeeping

η δωρεαν μεταφορα απο and προσ το αερ/μιο, το δωματιο διεθετε εσπρεσιερα - everything was great. Had a room on the royal club floor. Got a upgrade to a suite. Very beautiful. Day of departure recieved breakfast in the room at 04.00 am for free. also free airport transport - The staff were very freindly and helpful and were willing to ensure that your needs were catered for.The location of the hotel was ideal as it was close to most shopping malls and more importantly the Airport. Having stayed in the Royal Club also impressed me with the services that were available to me. The restaurants were great as they catered for most tastes regardless of where you came from.

The hotel is next to Intercontinental and also to a Mall. Walking from Crowne Plaza to the Fetical City shopping mall is through Intercon and the walkway is all airconditioned, and both hotels being new the environment is just perfect for a relaxed weekend.
