The stay was amazing! the front desk staff were really quick and helpful, there is a small grocery shop downstairs, the prices are realy reasonable- basically you are staying in a Rotana hotel and paying about half the general Rotana rates elsewhere. The staff was very friendly. I asked “Anne” in the reception for a room with a nice view and she gave it to me. She was very helpful. When I checking out, they gave me voucher with some discount for my next booking. Simply, they were awesome. Even when needed a taxi the staff provided good service. I strongly recommend this hotel.

I booked for four nights, and felt so comfortable that I stayed for
three more! Quite close to both Dubai and Sharjah airports by taxi, and
the latter is great for low-cost fares on Air Arabia to make short trips
to other cities like Doha and Muscat. The staff at the hotel ranged from

conscious travellers looking for an alternative to the somewhat
overpriced -
I stayed in a single room. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. Check
in and checkout was easy and fast. Reception staffs were professional.
The hotel is within walking distance from a big mall and the area is
full of shops and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent with good
varieties.

The staff were friendly, helpful, attentive, available - in short
excellent. They secured my luggage without charge, after I had booked
out, until my late pick-up, They trusted my word that I not used the
contents of my room 'fridge - I hadn'T. The complimentary

Breakfast was excellent, lots of options and enough of everything. Though on Al Tawun street a busy street, the room was quite and my room was towards the road. Restaurant in the hotel is also very good and not expensive.

Loved this place. Its close to the airport and all terminals. The free pick up and drop off bus is a winner. First stop for the bus is the Metro railway station and that takes 3 minutes to get there. The metro is the best way to get around as it stops at all major shopping malls and there all covered air-conditioned walk ways to the shops.It takes

Our purpose for booking Premier Inn was to overnight after our long trip from Sydney to Dubai and its close proximity to Terminal 3. We certainly were not expecting the warm welcome we received at reception on arrival at the Hotel after our free shuttle pick up from the Airport. The staff were pleasant and helpful at all times. Rooms were beautifully appointed with everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. The Blue Elephant Thai restaurant is wonderful! - Highly recommended hotel. Superb facilities and services in a beautifully designed hotel (in particular the swimming pool and its surroundings).

The hotel is next to Intercontinental and also to a Mall. Walking from Crowne Plaza to the Fetical City shopping mall is through Intercon and the walkway is all airconditioned, and both hotels being new the environment is just perfect for a relaxed weekend.
