  The stay was amazing! the front desk staff were really quick and helpful, there is a small grocery shop downstairs, the prices are realy reasonable- basically you are staying in a Rotana hotel and paying about half the general Rotana rates elsewhere. I asked “Anne” in the reception for a room with a nice view and she gave it to me. She was very helpful. When I checking out, they gave me voucher with some discount for my next booking. Simply, they were awesome. Even when needed a taxi the staff provided good service. I strongly recommend this hotel.

  The hotel policy is very generous. They allowed us to stay extra hours without paying anything which isn't the case with other hotels during holidays. Very quiet and the view from 11th floor was amazing in the night.   Loved this place. Its close to the airport and all terminals. The free pick up and drop off bus is a winner. First stop for the bus is the Metro railway station and that takes 3 minutes to get there.
