Fabulous hotel in a unique location overlooking the formula 1 racetrack and yatch marina on Yas Island. Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the racing cars speeding around the track. The staff are extremely polite and professional, the rooms are big and beautiful and food divine. The facilities are very good and include a partly undercover family pool and a 30 meter adult lap pool. I would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel to any Abu Dhabi visitor. Thia is a really WOW Hotel , Fantastic facilities, heated pool . High professional Staff especially Mr Rami from reception who suggested an upgrade to business suite for additional 100 Dhs which we did and enjoyed more the magnificent stay ,, Food is excellent but it cost a lot unless u reserve it in advance with letsbookhotel.com on half board b

The hotel was Fantastic!! The location was beautiful and the staff were

Our rooms were upgraded at no cost, we were given the suite with living
room, our family stay was pleasant. Our 2 kids (7 yrs & 3 yrs old)
enjoyed the pool very much. Lifeguards were always present &
watchful. Me & my wife enjoyed the sundowners bar with cocktail
drinks while the kids swam at the children's pool. Breakfast at Jing
Asia was splendid. What I liked best is that the wifi connection was
quick/fast (even if all 4 mobile gadgets - phones & tablets were

The place is great, very clean, spacious and staff are very friendly and welcoming! We enjoyed the breakfast (lots of choices) (I love the egg station) xx Nice pool area comes with (Relaxation pool for 18 and above) if you want some peace and quiet. there is also a SPA.

Almost everything, except the distance to the city centre, but
that's what makes the positive attributes possible.
I especially appreciated the front desk and resaurant service -- transparent, prompt and respectful.
The terrace and view over the golf course to the sea was a great relief after days in a windowless meeting room at another hotel.
The room was surprisingly quiet given a 2nd floor location directly over the pool deck -- and so close to the airport.

Staff were very pleasant and went out of their way to help us with our taxi payment to and from the hotel as we did not have any cash - I was in transit via Abu Dhabi ahd I found the Mafraq very convenient and the staff helpful. The hotel was like a home away from home. I booked a single room but due to unavailability, i was upgraded to a suite FOC. The suite had all the facilities you could want in a home. There is a shopping mall at the other wing so it was very conveninent to shop while i lodged, and it was fully accessible from the hotel. I'll be there again next year

the hotel staff were very friendly.
food was good but expensive. although if you book in the executive Gold floor like I did, then you get a lot of complimentary meals.
pool is amazing, especially the pool bar.

Service was first class - staff all welcoming & friendly & could not do enough to help - superb.
Comfortable & large rooms with balcony facing the mosque.
Beach facilities - always enough sunbeds plus unlimited iced water, cold towels & even sunglasses cleaned.

We stayed in the Horizon Club and were absolutely thrilled with all aspects of the hotel. The staff was very attentive and genuinely cared about our experience. The sight of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was breathtaking. I can only hope that construction will not block it in the future.
