  The hotel was Fantastic!! Unfortunately we had ordered a sea side but did not get it.But we did'nt mind it as the comfort of the bed and the room just swept us away.T - Our rooms were upgraded at no cost, we were given the suite with living room, our family stay was pleasant. Our 2 kids (7 yrs & 3 yrs old) enjoyed the pool very much. Lifeguards were always present & watchful. Me & my wife enjoyed the sundowners bar with cocktail drinks while the kids swam at the children's pool. Breakfast at Jing Asia was splendid.   The hotel was like a home away from home. I booked a single room but due to unavailability, i was upgraded to a suite FOC. The suite had all the facilities you could want in a home. There is a shopping mall at the other wing so it was very conveninent to shop while i lodged, and it was fully accessible from the hotel.   We stayed in the Fairmont Gold rooms which include butler service, afternoon tea and early evening drinks with high quality snacks all included in the room rate. Beach facilities - always enough sunbeds plus unlimited iced water, cold towels & even sunglasses cleaned. The abras to the souk. - We stayed in the Horizon Club and were absolutely thrilled with all aspects of the hotel. The staff was very attentive and genuinely cared about our experience. The sight of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was breathtaking. I can only hope that construction will not block it in the future. Thank you to Cherry, Ramen and the management of the hotel for a beautiful experience!
