  We stayed in the Fairmont Gold rooms which include butler service, afternoon tea and early evening drinks with high quality snacks all included in the room rate. Staff was excellent in all areas and always smiling. Best trained staff we have come across so far in a hotel. Rooms were big and well decorated with very comfortable beds.   Service was first class - staff all welcoming & friendly & could not do enough to help - superb. Comfortable & large rooms with balcony facing the mosque. Beach facilities - always enough sunbeds plus unlimited iced water, cold towels & even sunglasses cleaned. The sight of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was breathtaking. I can only hope that construction will not block it in the future.
