Everything was perfect: the room was big, the bed very confy, the bathroom was clean. We got a key for the house, so we could get in and out at our convenience. The RSC is just ten minutes away and it is a very quiet area, so we had a perfect night sleep. There was even a TV in the room and wifi connection. We couldn't ask more!

The Garth House was a great find - a bed and breakfast conveniently located at a great price with nice facilities and great service. The owner cooked up a nice English breakfast for me each morning, drove me to the train station and did some checking via phone and internet about storage lockers at Warwick Castle. Great place.

Excellent value with personal touch when compared to corporate "spa" hotels. -
The hotel offered everything needed. Our room was spacious, excellently equipped with clothes storage space, good bathroom, separate dressing room, quiet, flat screen TV , Wifi, hairdryer, mirrors, tea-making facilities, attractive garden. Nothing was missing. Well-cooked breakfast. Friendly owners. Spotlessly clean.

This guest house was lovely. We felt really welcome and 'at home' here. Although the rooms were not big they were clean with lots of towels (including face cloths which we have not been offered in any hotel here). Linen spotless, beds really comfortable. The staff were always helpful and we loved staying here. -
A superb family run hotel ideally located to visit the surrounding area within easy walking distance to the town centre and main attractions. The breakfast was plentiful and was cooked and served at your requested time. Will for sure return to the area and will stay here again. The bedrooms were large and comfortable despite being on the main road you still do get a good night rest. A major plus it does have its own parking.

Friendly, helpful staff, good breakfast. We were allowed to stay in the car park even after we had checked out, as no other guests needed our space, which was very helpful. Excellent location, just a short walk into the town, to restaurants, museums etc. -

from the moment we arrived and met Kevin the owner, we were made to feel welcome, it was like being at home. We have been going to the hotel for over 50 years and we love it .everybody was most helpful to us -they even changed our room to make it easier for our advancing years ! - The staff were ecxeptionally good- pleasant, welcoming,highly professional without being overbearing. Well done

i did not personally myself stay at the hotel however my girlfreinds parents did for a christmas present. They thouroughly enjoyed their stay and said that the staff were very helpfull and welcoming. - It has clearly been re-decorated and every thing was new and modern, the staff were very helpful.
