The Arden Hotel is perfectly positioned opposite the Avon river and theatre and close to town. Plenty of free parking. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. One of the best hotels we have tried. The staff are friendly, helpful and very professional. Our room was very well equipped and tastefully furnished. We had a good nights sleep with no noise from other guests, which is unusual in hotels. We found the location excellent, right near the theatre and the town centre. We would happily make a return visit.

The staff were brilliant every single one of them, they were always there to help you and they were always smiling! the rooms were lovely great size even the single bedrooms had a huge bathroom which i loved. - We had a very pleasant stay. Everything, value for money was fantastic, location was fantastic, the best short break we have had. Food was first class and the rooms clean and comfortable. we will definately use Holiday Inn in future. - The staff were very friendly. check in and check out was very quick. would stay here again and recommend the hotel to friends.

Top quality hotel at very reasonable rates. Modern comfortable rooms well furnished with all facilities including iron and ironing board. (why don't all hotels provide this?) Modern clean bathroom with powerfull shower as well as full size bath and no shortage of hot water. We definately will be using this hotel for future business trips Excellent

We stayed for 4 days, all the staff were very friendly, and liked to have a chat, but they were very efficient and made sure we had all we wanted. The position of the hotel is fantastic, literally central for the RSC Theatre and shopping. We did not drive but it was easy walking distance from the station and close to bus/river trips. The location is excellent for the RSC. Rooms are clean and tidy in the standard formart of the Premier Inn chain.
Bottom line, if you just want somewhere simple to stay after a night at the theatre, this place is perfect. If you're touring the country with more luggage and with a car, then there are probably better places in or around Stratford.

We have been going to the hotel for over 50 years and we love it .everybody was most helpful to us -they even changed our room to make it easier for our advancing years ! - The staff were ecxeptionally good- pleasant, welcoming,highly professional without being overbearing. Well done

We have stayed here several times when visiting the theatre in Stratford, and found that it had been refurbished over the winter. We were very happy with facilities before, but they are of a very high standard now.
We enjoyed being able to eat breakfast outside on the patio area, and thought breakfast was very good value.
The staff also went out of their way to be helpful, even phoning to get more info for us re a local National Trust property.

i did not personally myself stay at the hotel however my girlfreinds parents did for a christmas present. They thouroughly enjoyed their stay and said that the staff were very helpfull and welcoming. - It has clearly been re-decorated and every thing was new and modern, the staff were very helpful.
