Helpful staff and clean and modern room. we stayed here due to being close to the airport as we had an early flight in the morning. - the friendliness of the staff and the location of the hotel to the airport

This has new management and they are doing a good job, the facility is not the best but certainly not the worst. There is a lot of refurbishment to be done in all areas but it is clean, quiet and fantastic value for money. Everything was catered for and the staff / owners were extremeley nice and hospitable. There was a wedding night occuring during our arrival, but all was good and al was peacful at a time that didn't affect our stay. we would stay again if we were in the area. Not the best for the price we paid, but certainly good value.

We found the hotel easy to find and access having travelled from Devon to Birminham New Streeet then on to Birmingham International and on to the sky rail. The reception staff were most helpful in giving us exactly what we asked for in a room with a bed and sofa bed and a walk in shower we were comfortable room service was good and food was ser
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ved hot. - Ease of access to the NEC--- 2 minutes walk through terminal 1 to the mono rail which runs every 2 minutes. A one minute ride and then 10 minute, moslty covered walk.

I've stayed in Etap / Ibis hotels before, and this one is by far the best yet. Their reception staff are friendly, professional and efficient. The hotel is immaculate - my room was faultless, comfortable, and had the cleanest ensuite facilities I have ever experienced. Bed comfort was very good, and external noise levels non-existent.

Great eating facilities on the door step, and cheap park -
The room was clean and tidy with everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and information about restaurants. Location was excellent for the nec and the airport is only about 100m away. Also ideal for shopping in Birmingham which is only 10mins away by train. Although there's no bar there is a bar next door in the ibis hotel. And to top it off the price was excellent

my friend and i stayed overnight before leaving on a holiday. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were going to go into the airport for an evening meal but having looked at the menu we decided to stay in. Both of us enjoyed the food which was of a very good quality.

As it was an airport hotel I thought the room rate was -
Good location, ideal base for our visit to the lg Arena to see Meatloaf.
After the conceret, we were looking for somewhere to eat and were
pleasantly surprised at what was available at the hotel at such a late
time, 11:20pm. We were even more surprised at the quality of the food
that was provided, really tasty and extremely well presented.....and
also great value. The lager also....£3.10 A pint.....30p cheaper than my
local! Getting to the lg Arena was alos a doddle tahnks to the monorail

We stayed at the White House because we were going to gardeners world live at the NEC which was only minutes away. We stayed in the family room and we were not disappointed; large, clean and comfy beds and two bathrooms to boot, fantastic! The breakfast was great certainly fills you up. Carolyn the owner is so helpful. she makes you feel 'home from home'. Breakfast is wonderful, full english highly recommended. we used the b & B for one night, before flying from Birmingham. carolyn kindly let us leave the car there for four day, short taxi ride to the airport. all in all a great place to stay and a great service. many thanks

The Hotel is clean and very ideally located next to the airport which is why I stopped here, for the price it was a really good find. Would recommend this hotel to anyone catching a train or flight out of Birmingham international as although it is next door to the train station, airport, NEC and a busy road you couldn't hear much noise when the wi

The staff were amazing - friendly and accommodating. The hotel was
lovely and our twin room was gigantic!! There were more of our party
staying at the Hilton, but the Ramada's location was so much
better!! Easy to get to/from the train station, nec centre etc. I
was so happy with it, it exceeded my expectations by miles! And such
great value for money too. Please thank all the staff, best customer
service I've had in ages! :-)

The owners of the hotel/guest house and their family were very friendly.
Accommodation was spotlessly clean and comfortable with quality toiletries in the bathroom.
There were extras in the rooms such as towelling robes, slippers, soft drinks, bottled water, crisps, biscuits, tea, coffee, (complimentary).
Nothing was too much trouble for the owner

Cannot fault this hotel. Very home from home. Set in a quiet location on the edge of a housing estate with a park/nature reserve to the side. Great owners who were very welcoming and attentive and who couldn't do enough for us. Hotel has nice touches such as the complimentary mini bar. Lovely room and good breakfast to start the day. Close to NEC,10 to 15 minutes walk to/from the local station and 4 minutes on the train to Birmingham International. Thanks again for a great stay. Will stay again
