Friendly, helpful staff, good breakfast. We were allowed to stay in the car park even after we had checked out, as no other guests needed our space, which was very helpful. Excellent location, just a short walk into the town, to restaurants, museums etc.
The relaxed atmosphere, and hospitality of everyone their. They could not have been more friendly and help full.
Only a five minute walk to the town of Stratford on Avon, with delight full shops and river walks, with of course the theatre at night.όλα τα σχόλια »
The room was spacious and clean, and wifi was included. Breakfast was really, really good, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Just a wonderful place to stay in Stratford-upon-Avon!.
The proprietor was extremely helpful and friendly, helped to carry our bags, and showed us the car park. The breakfast was fresh cooked, and bread home baked. Very good value for money.
The owners were very welcoming and friendly and gave us good advice about the local town. The room was comfortable and very good value for money. The family room was large enough.

The beds were clean and the facilities were basic. Everything worked.
The room decor was a bit tired. Our room was at the very top of the house and it was a hot night and it got extremely hot in the room. Bathroom floor didn't seem very clean. Parking was along the road and round the corner; difficult with lots of luggage.
The beds could have been more comfortable - they were just a bit hard.
Only problem was that breakfast was between 8.00 and 8.45 - and it was a weekend. Not used to getting up so early at the weekend!.

The front out the front was fairly busy and was noisy when the garbage was collected early in the morning.
Car park was a little way down the orad, normally wouldny worry but it was teeming with rain.
The bed was not very comfortable.Difficult to know where to park when dropping off bags. Ended up getting a hefty parking fine.

The very first thing the owner said when I showed up at the door was
"Who are you?" It was not a very friendly start, and I found
that to be abrasive. The breakfast menu had only one choice, a full
English breakfast which was good, but it would have been nice to have
some other options. Though it was a decent place to stay, there was
nothing about the place that made me want to return there.
The parking was not as advertised. It was in a remote location away from
the b & b making moving luggage to/from the B&B very
inconvenient.
