The Reception Staff were very welcoming, and the services in the hotel were just as you would expect for a 4 star hotel. It was lovely sunny day when we arrived, and the main house, gardens and lake were stunning. We had a 'superior room' which had windows overlooking the garden, it was large and airy, complete with fridge, TV, large bathroom. The
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » hotel is luxurious throughout inc the Drawing Room - Everything was perfect. The rooms had just been refurbished and were very clean and comfortable. The service was excellent. I had read mixed reviews prior to visiting and was a little anxious as some were rather harsh about the decor and restaurant service. We were very pleasantly surprised.

The staff were very friendly, room was a nice size, very clean with everything you would need in a room. hotel itself was very interesting and worth exploring. - Staff at front office and house keeping were extremely polite, friendly and nice.

The Inn at Grinshill is a real gem. I was looking for somewhere near Shrewsbury as my wife and I wanted to visit the town. I saw the reviews for the Inn and booked on the strength of these. Rural location. Very high quality room. Antiques. Big high comfy bed. Really excellent breakfast. Evening meal was high quality. Generally pretty good value. we got the room for £70 last minute. 2 course meal was £20 but worth it. Big garden. Kitchen was brand new and in view to diners. in all a high quality place to go for a nights DB&B in a pretty village 20 min from Shrewsbury.

The staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We
did find the pillows in the bedroom a bit hard, but i'm sure the
staff would have changed them if we had mentioned it. We asked for a fan
for our room and it was waiting for us on our return. The breakfast was
excellent, soooo much choice and all delivered hot with a bright
smile.......

Spotlessly clean. The host provided many luxury extras to enhance the stay. Comfortable spacious room. Fantastic variety for Breakfast. Plenty of local information provide by the host. including all good restaurants and pubs with costs and walking distance. We had a fabulous weekend in Shrewsbury. This is a first class Guest House. Better service

Rooms both the double and single were a good size and comfortable. It
was nice to have the armchairs for relaxing, the outside space adjoining
the double room was an added bonus. Breakfast was excellent and staff
very friendly and helpful. Both ensuite facilites were excellent. Off
road parking was ideal. -
