  The Reception Staff were very welcoming, and the services in the hotel were just as you would expect for a 4 star hotel. It was lovely sunny day when we arrived, and the main house, gardens and lake were stunning. We had a 'superior room' which had windows overlooking the garden, it was large and airy, complete with fridge, TV, large bathroom. I had read mixed reviews prior to visiting and was a little anxious as some were rather harsh about the decor and restaurant service. We were very pleasantly surprised.

  The Inn at Grinshill is a real gem. I was looking for somewhere near Shrewsbury as my wife and I wanted to visit the town. I saw the reviews for the Inn and booked on the strength of these. Kitchen was brand new and in view to diners. in all a high quality place to go for a nights DB&B in a pretty village 20 min from Shrewsbury.
