The Reception Staff were very welcoming, and the services in the hotel were just as you would expect for a 4 star hotel. It was lovely sunny day when we arrived, and the main house, gardens and lake were stunning. We had a 'superior room' which had windows overlooking the garden, it was large and airy, complete with fridge, TV, large bathroom. The hotel is luxurious throughout inc the Drawing Room.
所有评语 » Everything was perfect. The rooms had just been refurbished and were very clean and comfortable. The service was excellent. I had read mixed reviews prior to visiting and was a little anxious as some were rather harsh about the decor and restaurant service. We were very pleasantly surprised.I was so impressed with how comfortable my room was and how friendly and helpful all of the staff were towards our party.I could not find any fault with my stay at Albrighton Hall,and will most certainly return. I received a warm welcome, the room was a good size and well appointed, warm and comfortable. Room service was on time. All staff encountered were helpful and very pleasant in manner.The service throught out my stay was excellent. The room had a wonderful view and was very comfortable. The food was exceptionally good, both in the evening and morning. The hotel was lovley the staff were realy nice and welcoming I would goback again and would also recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff brilliant, good value for money. Only negative aspect was £15 for breakfast when I only eat cereal!!. We obtained a very good room rate excellent value for money, the staff were very helpfull and attentive.The Room, hotel, gardens and food and facilities were all fantastic we had a lovely time. The setting,comfort, cleanliness, beautiful room - lovely furnishings.The pleasant surroundings, relaxed atmosphere and geat facilities. Friendliness of staff and service.spa facilities, country setting. The pool and leisure area. The hotel was excellent. the health suite was fantastic, great equipment in the gym and very friendly and helpful staff. Very friendly and accomodating staff, every one of them made time to talk and smile. Lovely (mostly empty) spa facilities. Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. staff couldnt do enough for you. Rooms, Staff, Service. My visit was relaxing and enjoyable, the very reason for going away. The faciliities were excellent although due to the snow and temperatures did not venture into the grounds.The staff were all very helpful and courteous: the leasure facilities were excellent; the food was wonderful. I liked the pleasant unhurried atmosphere. The leisure suite was excellant also. Competent friendly staff; lovely gardens; cleanliness; plenty of space. Swimming pool, spa etc were very good. Huge room, very clean. I very much liked my room and the service of the staff. food. Excellent facilities, pleasant and relaxing atmosphere and attentive staff, particularly at the front of house. Bedroom warm, comfortable and clean. bathroom was very good and the reception staff were excellent. Friendly, clean, nice rooms and great surroundings. Location / setting, comfort and facilities. Good location, peaceful. the peace and quiet. Grounds, pond, ducks,moorhens,location, bar,food. The friendly staff made our stay very enjoyable. The location is good and the staff very helpful. Bar wine prices rather overpriced.We had dinner in the main restaurant, the service from the kitchen was very slow, the quality of the food varied and not as descibed on menu.We did not have breakfast as we ate dinner so late. dining room - no aircon or fans. Outside furniture -dated and uncomfortable.the price of the breakfast needs reviewing i.e price for continental and price for cooked. If I had to moan about anything and as you know people always do theonly downside was the standard of the food served at the bar and therewas no coffee/tea in the room although there was a kettle and thatsit.To be honest the hotel is excellent. I felt that I was rushed during the dinner service, no sooner had one course been finished the next was on its way. I had to request staff gave me more time before dessert on four occasions over ten minutes so I could have a break. The food was rather expensive: could not get a booking in the spa.I thought the bar service was a little slow but nothing esle. Dinner on Monday night in the Oak Room was poor - the food not the service. However, in the presence of the restaurant manager on Tuesday, there was a significant improvement.The power of the shower was poor and the TV had bad signal. Breakfast was served luke warm and the sausage was not up to expectation created by the menu. Very noisy outside between 2 am and 4.45 am. Sounded like metal trolleys rattling over flagstones. I attempted to contact the night porter by internal 'phone but it was not picked up. I found the vegetarian options in the restaurant very good, but limited. If i was staying for more than one night I may have struggled to find adequate variety.the price of the breakfast. not offered a newspaper. It would have been nice if breakfast was included in the price. We had poor service in the bar probably because they were distracted by a wedding that day. the staff are more like 1 star - there is a real lack of attenton to detail. My breakfast card was not collected on 2 occasions - hence I missed breakfast on a breakfast inclusive rate - the answer to this was the the night porter was ill. Outside function rooms lots of cigarette ends. There was obviouslynowhere for people to put their cigarettes but neither had they beencleaned up.jacuzzi cold. The meal was inedible. Burnt, cold. Although the staff were friendly, the service was slow particularly in the lounge area. Room allocated was near to a wedding reception and the rooms allocated to the staying guests. Result was that both my Wife and I could not sleep until 4am due to excessive noise from music and later loud conversations (rather aggresive) in the corridor outside our room. food very average for price hard matress. The staff, particularly in the restaurant, were not friendly. cost of breakfast prices very high if you only want a bowl of cereal.Diabolical service at the bar in the evening. Price of Breakfast (see above) and £5 surcharge for Room service making Bangers and Mash for two ay £28!!!!.
