Attended for a wedding and everything went smoothly, the staff were so
warm and helpful. Food was brilliant and my partner who is a vegetarian
forgot to let them know. However they accommodated her quickly and you
wouldn't have ever known that they were not prepared for a veggie!
She also had a broken leg and they were always on hand to grab her a

pillow or an extra chair to keep her leg up with. The hotel itself was
clean and the rooms large and well fitted. -
This was a lovely place in the countryside--the grounds were incredibly beautiful. The staff was attentive and friendly and we felt very much at home. We thoroughly enjoyed the chef's inventive fare which rivaled meals we experienced at much pricier city hotels. We would definitely go back.

Ian, host of the House of Mark, went above and beyond what was expected of him. He is extremely helpful in every way and a bright and witty conversationalist, though I don't think he would have tried to engage us if we hadn't been open to it. We didn't see much of his wife June, co-host, but we enjoyed the benefit of her wonderful cooking. They accommodated our unusually restrictive diet in every way with style and grace.

I booked this B&B for my young daughter to stay on her own as she recently started a job in the area and had not yet sorted permanent accomodation - the owners could not have been more welcoming and reassurung of the fact that my daughter would be very comfortable and secure with them. As she had a very early start they offered to cook her a

i arrived earlier than expected check in time and yet they gave me a very warm welcome.
they looked after me as if i was part of their family during breakfast with all the guidance and warm talk, and wiwaited for me to arrive safe at nught. I literally felt as if i am visiting family.
the place was clean and everything was on time.

We received a pleasant welcome.The staff were obviously a team and were
fabulous....every single member of that team impressed us. We were
allowed to take a dog and were not banished to a room akin to a kennel

Lovely hotel in a quiet location not far from the main street. Excellent bar / lounge that again was very clean and tidy - you can tell that the owners take pride in their hotel!
2nd time we have stayed here and would visit again.
Dog friendly hotel which is a big plus for us as our dog was with us again.

A warm welcome and friendly staff. Huge en-suite room which was both clean and extremely comfortable. Good choice of breakfast which was well cooked. Beautiful setting and gorgeous old building, very friendly welcome and
nice room. It isn't 5 star luxury but it's not 5 star prices and
it is tremendous value for money, everything we needed was there and
everything works so what more would you want. A comfortable bed anda
good hearty breakfast, I would recommend Bendarroch House to anyone

We had a very pleasant stay at this guest house and the owner was very helpful. It was immaculate and the food was very good. There was a lovely view from the front window.

.Excellent place with very warm welcome. Nice and friendly staff who provided us with all the most important information about the city, eating places, sights... we were even given a map indicating all the places worth visiting and the description of some restaurants. A four night stay confirmed that this is a total gem and not to be
overlooked. It is decorated tastefully throughout. The dining room was
comfortable and breakfast offered a variety of tasty food to please (I
had something different each day and my taste buds were well rewarded).
I had the Small Room which lived up to its description but it offered
facilities and comfort to a very satisfactory degree. The proprietor and
staff were engaging and made my brief sojourn a pleasure.
