What a lovely place to stay.Beautifully decorated and very reasonably priced for the high standard.Friendly and welcoming owners.Our room and bathroom were spotlless.Lovely breakfast- my poached eggs were perfectly cooked - great choice of other breakfast items as well.I would absolutely recomend Allandale House and hope to stay again some day. -

The quality of this B&B belies the cost. The welcome was great and the owners were attentive throughout our stay, even booking us into the excellent restaurant opposite. We will definitely go back as it is ideally placed for us and for anyone visiting Gleneagles Golf Course.

The owner is a very nice person who whent out of his way to accomadate all our needs during our stay, breakfast were cooked to perfection, and the guest house was immaculate - Peter, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very large and clean. We were at the back of the house and it was very quiet.

The warmest of welcomes. Caroline showed a real desire to provide for our every need. Spacious and very comfortable room. Superb breakfast in a delightful dining room. This is a B&B that exceeded our expectations - a real gem - we left felling that we'd been staying with friends, and will certainly return.

Mr.Chandra, the proprietor, was extremely helpful. On finding that we were arriving too late to eat at the surprising good, reasonably priced nearby restaurant he had recommended he 'phoned to arrange for them to serve us later. We had a fantastic stay at Brae House. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and cooked with local produce. Patti was excellent and informative without being intrusive. The written directions on the Brae House website are accurate, so make sure you follow them and there will be no issues.
The local restaurants are good and there is a wealth of activities nearby. HIGHLY recommend.

Good communication & customer service, pleasant & helpful proprietors, attention to detail, value for money. Our room (ground floor) was new & immaculately clean. Bed comfortable - KS for us but can be configured to twin.
Whole place (we only saw ground floor), tastefully decorated, some Laura Ashley touches but not overblown or chintz

The rooms were very comfortable and roomy. The breakfast service was very good and also very tasty. The location in the village was excellent with safe off street parking. We were on motorcycles and douglas the owner greeted us with pieces of wood to put under our sidestands.. a nice touch. Some nice recommendations on eating and touring as well.
