Laura was wonderfully friendly and helped out in all sorts of unexpected
ways. She removed an ink stain somehow acquired while travelling and
helped with calling multiple cousins. The room was wonderful, very
comfortable, quiet, and had modern shower facilities. My IPhone charger

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and made us feel so welcome. The room was small but comfortable and the location was perfect. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was superb. The building has lots of character. We would definitely stay here again.

I would strongly recommend yotel for the purpose for which iIused it i.e. an overnight stay before an early flight. There were no tea making facilities but plenty around to buy in the airport . The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms and all the areas were very clean and comfortable. The studioroom was spacious and well equipt. The gardens lovely. The reviews mentioned problems with waiting times for breakfasts this seems to have been sorted out and a good continental style breakfast was available in the very comfortable bar area

The Dolphin House facilities are excellent with an indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. My favorite feature were the beautiful gardens on-site and the hotels location next to St. George's gardens and church, Pimlico station and the short and nice walk to Victoria station (when the Victoria line was down for repairs)

This hotel is so much better than the typical characterless hotels around these days. It is colourful, vibrant, interesting and run by people who are actually human, and love what they do. The staff were truly excellent and run the place with a real passion, which makes your stay worth every penny. This hotel feels good and relaxed, it has style

The coffee bar in the lounge was a great idea. It provided a fantastic selection of fresh ground coffees and teas and provided the hotel with an area where guest could mingle. It produced a very friendly atmosphere, unlike any other hotel I have stayed in before. A fantastic place.

A very comfortable hotel. Very nice, helpful staff. Easy walk to the tube station as well as High Street where you can get all the essentials. About a 25 minute ride into the center of the city and the Northern Line intersects with most of the other lines so it's very easy to get anywhere you want to go. Really friendly helpful staff, good value for money for central London, spacious, well furnished rooms (perhaps distorted because I was given an upgrade), the overall "feel" of the hotel. -

- We stayed 3 days at The Finsbury Apartments, and were happy every day
to come "home", Our studio on the 3rd floor was extremely
well-designed and planned; nothing too much but everything what we
needed (even a bottle- and a tin-opener).

Excellent accommodation. Decoration and fixtures are of a very high standard. Staff really helpful and friendly, we were there for a concert at the Emirates so parking was for residents only, so they arranged permits for us as well. Excellent location with rail/bus connection 50 yards away. We will definitely be booking again in the future.
