The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and made us feel so welcome. The room was small but comfortable and the location was perfect. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was superb. The building has lots of character. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms and all the areas were very clean and comfortable. The studioroom was spacious and well equipt. The gardens lovely. The reviews mentioned problems with waiting times for breakfasts this seems to have been sorted out and a good continental style breakfast was available in the very comfortable bar area

The Dolphin House facilities are excellent with an indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. My favorite feature were the beautiful gardens on-site and the hotels location next to St. George's gardens and church, Pimlico station and the short and nice walk to Victoria station (when the Victoria line was down for repairs)

From the time you check in to the time you check out the staff and warm, friendly, courtieous and helpful. The hotel is carefully put together and attention to detail is second to none. Exactly as reviews say: a comfortable family-run hotel with helpful staff and excellent full English breakfast. The staff were incredibly friendly. The Hotel is very well positioned with excellent links to public transport. We were using it for ease of access when going to West Ham for football and its about a 30 min walk. Excellent food outlets throughout Stratford. Very reasonable prices and large choice when using the Hotel bar. Breakfast very adequate (fresh fruit,cereal) before moving on to freshly cooked items which you can tell are all freshly prepared. The people that worked there were really friendly and knew the local area well enough to suggest good places to eat - The room was clean, and the food taste well. The staff is very polite, happy and they like children. Its a very personal and nice place to stay at. We can recomend you a visit at the mad cow in Richmond

Recently spent a week at the King William. If you're looking for luxury accommodations, this is not the place. But if you're looking for an affordable and clean place with a wonderful staff, you won't be disappointed here! Room was very spacious, and even had a cute old fashioned stove as an 'original feature' I assume.
Wi-Fi was excellent.
Table and chairs so you can eat in the room and not be on the bed which was nice. Also we had a sink, fridge, and stove etc in our room. Would've come in handy on a longer stay.
Overall it proved a good option for us, as we have been to London several times before, maybe not the best for a first time visitor.

The price, location and staff where excellent. Friendly staff, really good value for money for a hotel so close to Oxford St and Hyde Park. I stayed with my Mum and two teenage children in a room with 4 single beds and small en suite. The room was spacious enough for us, 2 large windows which opened fully for fresh air. All in all an excellent value hotel great to use as a base to explore London.
