  Laura was wonderfully friendly and helped out in all sorts of unexpected ways. She removed an ink stain somehow acquired while travelling and helped with calling multiple cousins. The room was wonderful, very comfortable, quiet, and had modern shower facilities. My IPhone charger blew out and she helped w subsequent fuse recovery and charging. Hig... wat mensen zeggen » hly recommended and I would recommend her for this profession if she moves on (they're closing or changing management, sigh). - Great place, very nice house, great service, quiet, clean, close to thje train station, veryu nice neighborhood. Very recommendable for couples in a quiet place. Value / Money is good

  This is a small family-run hotel with lots of character. Our host Lorenzo was friendly & helpful, the food excellent & very reasonably priced, the room small but comfortable. Located in the heart of Hampstead, it's an ideal base for visitors to London who prefer to stay close but not in the centre. The Heath & beautiful Kenwood House are a short stroll away. - The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and made us feel so welcome. The room was small but comfortable and the location was perfect. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was superb. The building has lots of character. We would definitely stay here again.

  I would strongly recommend yotel for the purpose for which iIused it i.e. an overnight stay before an early flight. There were no tea making facilities but plenty around to buy in the airport . The room was very neat and clean better than the hotel in which I stayed in London .   - We stayed 3 days at The Finsbury Apartments, and were happy every day to come "home", Our studio on the 3rd floor was extremely well-designed and planned; nothing too much but everything what we needed (even a bottle- and a tin-opener). - The renovations were made with good taste in Scandinavian style, carefully and by using good materials... wat mensen zeggen » . - The owner Antonio was a very helpful and caring person, who told us where to go in the surroundings, eg.pubs and restaurants,we got lots of good t - Excellent accommodation. Decoration and fixtures are of a very high standard. Staff really helpful and friendly, we were there for a concert at the Emirates so parking was for residents only, so they arranged permits for us as well. Excellent location with rail/bus connection 50 yards away. We will definitely be booking again in the future.
