  Laura was wonderfully friendly and helped out in all sorts of unexpected ways. She removed an ink stain somehow acquired while travelling and helped with calling multiple cousins. The room was wonderful, very comfortable, quiet, and had modern shower facilities. My IPhone charger blew out and she helped w subsequent fuse recovery and charging.   The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms and all the areas were very clean and comfortable. The studioroom was spacious and well equipt. The gardens lovely. The Dolphin House facilities are excellent with an indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. My favorite feature were the beautiful gardens on-site and the hotels location next to St. George's gardens and church, Pimlico station and the short and nice walk to Victoria station (when the Victoria line was down for repairs)

  Very nice and helpful staff (I asked quite a lot of times for help/advice, they have always given a solution). Clean and tidy rooms (I think they are also the 'spacious' type in London). Wardrobe (+desk +chair +silent hair-drier +warm blankets), free Wi-Fi, TV, and breakfast included in the price of the room. Really comfortable bed. We had our 9 month old with us and they upgraded us to a bigger, less noisy room for no extra charge. Very clean and comfortable with a nice breakfast. Great location for us as we have family in Balham. Only a 10 minute walk to Balham tube station. Would definitely go back.
