The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, the check in was done
quickly. The room was impeccable - clean and comfortable. It had a
coffee maker and flat screen tv. Soundproof windows were very good as
the planes took off or landed just a few hundred yards away. Easy access
to the airport by foot if you need to walk. Free parking if you're a

definitely suggest -
we arrived at the hotel early and did not expect to be given a room until later in the day. The front desk staff (Justin) went out of their way to find us a family room. the room was very clean and had all amenities. the hotel is 15 minutes walk away from Luton terminal and there is great value for money in staying at this hotel in lieu of sleeping uncomfortable in the airport overnight. also, there could also be cost benefit in returning a hired car a day earlier and staying in the hotel

Stayed here for three weeks for business purposes and have to admit that after the three week period it felt like family. Hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful (contrary to what other people say), always willing to help and offer directions/advice etc.

greeted by lovely staff who assisted our check in. Rooms clean, beds comfortable. Tea and coffee....pub two minutes from hotel, airport 5 minutes from hotel. Early morning call prompt, greeted again in the morning and wished well on our holidyas...Lenny was so right..........perfect....x

the hotel was central to the town centre the room was excellent the hotel staff was very friendly the food in the restarant one of the best meals i ever had al round i could not ask for better - design of the rooms, friendly staff, location, delicious breakfast

For the price paid excellent; room was modern, well furnished, tasteful, reasonably quiet, staff friendly and intelligent, standards of service were worthy of the Hilton name. Location good for early flights from Luton airport. - Hotell was really nice and staff was very helpful and exellent. Very quality rooms. Good breakfast.

Staff were very helpful, polite, efficient and happy to help. I requested extra pillows,and theye arrived within 15mins. Disabled Parking and facilities were excellent. Will be using again!!!!!!! - Easy to locate off the M1. Stayed Sunday night for Monday flight from Luton Airport. Good rooms, clean and comfortable.

The convenience of the location as we were across the road at ourwedding reception so it was easy to get to when the evening had ended. - The staff in reception were very helpful and friendly. The room was superb with a comfy bed and a very good air cooler.

Helpful staff, smooth running of breakfast facilities. The location - central to the Abbey, the Saturday market and other places of interest. - Central position to the town centre and railway station, very clean and tidy, breakfast fit for a king!!!!!!!!!!

My daughter and myself came for my grand daughters 1st birthday birhday party.We live in Norfolk. The room was very clean! Everything, security very good, parking was easy, food superb, staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bright, spacious, nice view over the water. We were very impressed and will certainly use Premier Inn again, in fact we are planning a tour of Hereford, Worcester & Gloucester and will use Premier Inns for B & B.

A beautiful old building with a pretty restaurant. Bedrooms in newerwing so modern and clean. Excellent breakfast - loads of choice. Veryattentive waiting staff. Quick and efficient check in/out despite itbeing busy. Quiet bedroom overlooking fields. Wedding party going on butwe couldn't hear anything. Loved the spa - used the pool, sauna andsteam

With 19 month twin boys we was so happy to find our room situation at the end of corridor on the ground floor and heard no noise what so ever as often in places near airports theres lots of traffic noise and doors slamming from other guests who are departing throughout the night. Excellent to have free wifi
