  The staff were all excellent and extremely polite. I have stayed at far more expensive airport hotels and had much poorer service. The restaurant food was very good, but the chef needs to learn a little more about what medium and well done steaks are. They were both very undercooked.   I loved the entrance reception area and the bar area and eating area with the large screen tv. The ability to eat 24/7 with the light snack menu meant we didn't need to eat a full meal - could go out shopping for the day and return, relax and enjoy a snack in the bar with a drink.   Staff's assistance in allocating ground floor rooms as we are a film crew, travelling with lots of equipment! The quality, price and choice of meals in the restaurant was also very good, also the selection and price of wine. - The hotel is lovely and clean.
