The staff were all excellent and extremely polite. I have stayed at far
more expensive airport hotels and had much poorer service. The

This hotel was excellent for location,literally a 5 minute walk from the
airport. There's also a free shuttle bus from stand 2 that drops you
off within 100 yards of the hotel The beds were very comfortable We were
a late check in after a midnight landing at Luton, staff couldn't do
enough. We had a connecting filght at Heathrow back to Canada next day
and booked our seats in advance at the hotel, front desk staff offered
to print our boarding passes from the internet. Rooms were small but

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, the check in was done
quickly. The room was impeccable - clean and comfortable. It had a
coffee maker and flat screen tv. Soundproof windows were very good as
the planes took off or landed just a few hundred yards away. Easy access
to the airport by foot if you need to walk. Free parking if you're a

we arrived at the hotel early and did not expect to be given a room until later in the day. The front desk staff (Justin) went out of their way to find us a family room. the room was very clean and had all amenities. the hotel is 15 minutes walk away from Luton terminal and there is great value for money in staying at this hotel in lieu of sleeping uncomfortable in the airport overnight. also, there could also be cost benefit in returning a hired car a day earlier and staying in the hotel

I loved the entrance reception area and the bar area and eating area with the large screen tv. The ability to eat 24/7 with the light snack menu meant we didn't need to eat a full meal - could go out shopping for the day and return, relax and enjoy a snack in the bar with a drink. The railway close to the hotel was very useful for visiting London

I went to this hotel for one night. The hotel is close to train station Luton Parkway, just behind it. Cleanness is perfect, my room was with sofa, spacious, with high speed internet connection. Exactly in front of the hotel is a bus stop for shuttle bus to get to Luton airport, the ticket costs 1,50. The bus goes every 10-15 minutes. I think this hotel is very suitable for travellers going to or from the airport. Might be for business, probably not for long stay, because it is too far from the

Stayed here for three weeks for business purposes and have to admit that after the three week period it felt like family. Hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful (contrary to what other people say), always willing to help and offer directions/advice etc.

Would stay here again in a heartbeat! - We were amazed by the cleanliness on the room and it was spacious. I believed that Primier Inn has a chain of hotels, so please keep up the excellent standard like in Luton Airport Premier Inn.

I took my girlfriend away for the weekend, and we had an amazing time. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and the facilities are very modern and clean. The grounds are well kept and I proposed to my girlfriend in the rock garden, which looks like something straight out of a fantasy film. I would absolutely recommend this hote

Wonderful historic building and rooms. Lovely setting. Wernher restaurant is quite exceptional. Golf course massive. Clay pigeon shooting top. Highly recommended as a historic and luxurious weekend.
However I think you need to be in the main building - you wouldn't want to be in the modern block - no matter how sympathetically designed. That would eliminate the whole point of the experience.

For the price paid excellent; room was modern, well furnished, tasteful, reasonably quiet, staff friendly and intelligent, standards of service were worthy of the Hilton name. Location good for early flights from Luton airport. - Hotell was really nice and staff was very helpful and exellent. Very quality rooms. Good breakfast.

Staff were very helpful, polite, efficient and happy to help. I requested extra pillows,and theye arrived within 15mins. Disabled Parking and facilities were excellent. Will be using again!!!!!!! - Easy to locate off the M1. Stayed Sunday night for Monday flight from Luton Airport. Good rooms, clean and comfortable.
